Perform DNA sample collections using buccal swabs following established procedures. Ensure the proper handling, labeling, and documentation of all samples. Inform individuals about the sample collection process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. 

Perform blood draws and collecting specimens from patients in a safe and efficient manner. You will ensure that all procedures are carried out with precision, respect, and adherence to established protocols.  Prepare and label specimens for processing and transport, adhering to chain-of-custody procedures 

Perform urine for DOT drug and alcohol testing in compliance with federal regulations and company procedures.  Verify the identity of individuals providing specimens and ensure proper documentation is completed.  Complete and submit all required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately and in a timely manner. 

 Perform fingerprinting services using ink and you will be responsible for capturing and processing fingerprint impressions for various purposes 

Conduct on-site testing for DNA testing.  Collect and handle specimens with precision, following established procedures and maintaining the integrity of samples. 

Conduct DOT physical examinations in compliance with FMCSA regulations.  Complete and issue DOT medical certificates based on exam results.
